※This is only available to those who have pre-set the [Mobile phone number for receiving SMS] in the personal settings screen after logging in beforehand.
※This function does not support overseas phone numbers.
Please enter the email address (login ID) of the account information for which you want to reset the password and the pre-set [Mobile phone number for receiving SMS]. If the input information matches the pre-set information, the verification number will be sent to the mobile phone number and you will proceed to the identity verification screen.
